Error page while trying to close case

Hey there,
I got suspended from selling and i got a case that i cannot close due to error. while i click on this icon:


I am getting this error:


I've contacted ebay costumer help but they so stupid and says that i need to click it and it will work.

Is there any other way to close this case?

If you are suspended from selling, it is either the case was auto-closed or...perhaps the "action" item is closed...try again in 24-48 hours. I have seen this error when eB doesn't update itself properly
