You have to create a stealth identity, not just a new business.
However, you should have a plan in place to take care of whatever the problems were that you were having, or the same thing will happen on the new account. | Thank you for your reply. We had returns for transit damage caused by a third-party courier. We replaced / refunded the items, but the defects have stood. Going forward, we have new and better couriers. We actually have our own website; eBay is a subsidiary revenue stream.
We plan to clean house and close our account with eBay. Open a new PayPal account (with the same bank account), and set-up a new eBay account using a new computer. Company name, address and contact details will be different.
The only link will be the same bank account, although this will connected to an entirely new PayPal account.
Considering that we haven't been suspended, we're hoping that we won't be subjected to the same vetting. In other words, go under the radar as we haven't been flagged for being 'banned'.
Any thoughts?
