Can I get another credit card from bank with the same name?

Hey everyone, my account has been suspended few days ago, and i am working on getting a new account. As I konw that for Paypal identification I can use my name to get a new bank account. how about the credit card? because I am not going to buy a prepaid credit card, Can I just go to bank to ask them to issue another credit card for me with my name on it? or I have to make sure the name is not mine on new credit card?

I just so worried that different credit card number is not good enough, my true name can not use on eBay anymore.

2. When the time I writing my birth date when register, can I use my real birth date again? but I will make sure, fresh computer system, different address, phone number.

Just report your card lost, trust me you have nothing to worry about. I do it all the time in between my credit and debit cards

If anything, just put the day before your actual birthday just to be safe

In order to get a new eBay/Paypal account after your have been NARUed on eBay you MUST use ALL new information.
Everything must be new or you will be linked to a old account and then your new account will go NARU also.
