Question about VMware

let say I have 5 VM worksations and each one has Ebay and PP account., can Ebay or PP retrieve my host name of the host machine? because if yes then all these accounts will be linked all together

they do not. they see IP. so as long as you have an IP management system with VPNs, you are fine

No, they don't see it, only external IP addresses of each VM, so each VM should have an unique external address set up, either from your home provider, or through VPN.

This is going way too far - just use a portable Chrome and run it from the desktop.

They cannot see that. It is like a separate computer altogether. Just be sure to change your IP as others have said.

IP it is concerning me that much, most of us, when we switch off and on we get new IP
I am trying to cover all the points

You have to keep a record of all the IPs and disconnect and reconnect again if necessary.

portable chrome is NOT recommended

if you are using VMware then all browsers are OK, since each workstation is a stand alone computer
