I'm pretty sure that one confusion with the "buyer account" part is that it hasn't been turned into a seller account yet. I'm pretty sure that there is no point in aging an account that you have made into a seller account. The aging process doesn't begin until you list an item for sell, even if it's set as a buyer account for 5 years.

There's other factors involved besides just selling limits and holds, having an account older than 30 days has always been a good thing regardless of whether it's been turned into a seller yet or not.

you should have received at least an explanation for the shut down in one account, the rest will normally receive sth saying your account was shut down because it is linked to another suspended account. I believe IP and cookies may be the problem, sometimes PayPal links, like when you send money from one account to another is the biggest link they can get
