Default PP asking for tax info

PP just stopped my account from accepting payments until I provide tax info. Any chance making another PP and using that for the same eBay account would work?

How many sales have you had since the 1st of January?

Most people will say that adding a new paypal will last a short time and become limited. Some say a few days and other say a few months.

The issue with adding a new PP to an eb account is that link will still exist and you NEVER know when the new pp will go down too - why play with that risk?

Why not supply the requested info?

what stops that?

Not really in the USA or other reasons?

I'm using my company info for another stealth account so I'd need to get yet another company started here to get another tax id and all that junk. I'm hesitant to do that because it would mean paying for tax preparation for several companies next year which will cost me.

You would not make up that small accounting fee in a years sales?
Most add on for a good business accountant are less than $1500 on the high side and $300-500 on the low side.
Plus you can have one corporation own other LLCs and all pass through to the corp so it can be a very robust business but fairly simple accounting with a lot more wrote offs.

But maybe you are not making enough to make those accounting expenses worth while. I understand that.
