Could well be the reverse.

IP Blockers are disliked by paypal. Could be harmful.

Catch up on how to do stealth or run into ongoing problems.

It is probably a good idea to start creating and setting up your stealth accounts asap so if/when eBay suspends your other accounts down the road, it will not disrupt your selling & income. Make a few more backups also when possible.

Also make sure to purchase the eBay Stealth Guide. It will teach you everything you need to know about stealth.
