I'm Victim of ebay.So i created a new account as the book guides.from this new ip address if i ever log in to my suspend account acceidently they gonna link my new account with the suspend One ..?

Welcome to the forums liyana - the IP address isn't the only linking aspect but certainly, it's good to avoid using the suspended IP when possible...especially if your IP is dynamic and you can get a new IP for Net access.

Yes, you will be linked if both accounts are on the same user account on your PC.

If the accounts are separated on separate user accounts, then once would probably would be OK. But I would further advise changing the IP after the mistake before re-logging in to your good account.
