Hey everyone, great forum!
well I knew it was coming eventually, but I got shot down by ebay. Im almost ready to get started with new accts, and have been reading this site until wee hours in the morning! I wish I knew then what I know now. I made the mistake of linking my accounts and verifying all information, I think I was even ID verified with ebay (cant remember for sure). Will they come after me for fees? I owe them around $160 in fees.

Can I use my same paypal account with my new ebay accounts since they were previously linked?

How can I go anonymous and still get my paypal accounts that may get limited lifted? I will have a bank account for the funds, but if I use a bogus name and address, wont they get me for that if they ask for drivers license, etc,etc.

Thirdly, I honored all my orders before being suspended, however there were a few with problems in the mix and I dont know who they are because I cant get into ebay at all. Do I just wait and see if they file paypal claims?

Last but not least, I want to sell on amazon again. Thinking of using boyfriends info and a different ip and phone number...can I use a gift card for the credit card or does it have to be a real one and if so does it have to be in his name?

You should pay your eBay fees. If eBay has enough information on you, they'll send you to collections if you don't pay. It's not worth ruinining your credit for $160.

You can use your same Paypal account, read the eBay suspension guide on how to do this.

I'm sure Amazon will accept a prepaid card.

Im all over it. Actually I signed into ebay today and it said I was suspended for 7 days and I can apply for reinstatement if I sign a sworn statement that I wont sell anything else that violates copyrights and send a copy of my license and a utility. I think they know who I am anyway (I think I may have gotten id verified once upon a time) so should I go ahead and do it for the heck of it? If they reinstate my account then I would use that one only for selling stuff that wont get me in trouble.

Yes do it, you have a good chance of getting your account back this way.

And if they don't respond after a week of sending the information, send it again. And again. Give them some time to process though.
