VMware Windows Blue Screen driving me nuts

I have installed win XP SP3 and Win 7 Home as virtual machines. All went well in the beginning but now they all tend to shut down with the much beloved windows blue screen during the session. U guys have any ideas?

Corrupted virtual disk? How full are your virtual drives?

Drives are approximately half full, most of them less than half...

First it happened only on one or two and now it starts affecting all of them...

If all of them are having the same problem I would guess it's caused by some kind of configuration or run-time error. Can't really say for sure without seeing the BSOD message. It sounds like your VM disk images are becoming corrupted for some reason or another.

Where are your VMWares saved too? Also how much Ram, HDD Space are you allocating to each VMWare?

Which Version of VMWare are you running?

For Win 7 Home I have 20 GB HDD and 4GB RAM

Single file.

Yeah I don't know what would be the problem to be honest with you. I don't think the Single File really matters much.

Think I figured it out... It happens when I run 2 or 3 VMs at the same time... When I run them one after another, all is good.

Cheers and thanks for your help.
