 Problems with auctiva
I started using auctiva, few weeks ago and i really like it until yesterday.
Yestarday all my listings were removed (active, sold, unsold) by ebay and my account was locked, because ebay though that someone else was using my account. I confirm all the information which they asked, and my account was restored. But because of that all payments which were made for sold items was reversed.. I explained everything to paypal, but no answer from them.. Items are already shipped, so i contact all the customers and asked to repeat their transactions..
Do i need to change some sales options on auctiva to avoid this bull**** in a future ? Or i dont have to login to ebay if i am using auctiva to list my items ?
