| exxomscp | 01-06-2013 04:35 PM | Just use email to answer messaging; it works.
I do this from my iPhone all the time. Simplest and easiest. |

I've tested it it safe in my opinion, soon this app should beable to respond eBay dispute and update buyer block list. |

| bruceuk | 01-08-2013 01:05 PM | I use GMX
It collects mail from all my email accounts to one platform.
Easy to use and set up and its free .
You can reply through gmx as if it was your natural email but wont work for ebay messages .
Sadly you have to log onto account now and again to answer these.
It auto disables images also.
Until a better option comes forward ill stick with this . |

can you respond directly to ebay messages through pop peeper without linking? |
| john456 | 08-06-2013 11:03 PM | I am a little paranoid when it comes to gmail and linking
I had accounts go down I believe due to gmail linking. I am not convinced that gmail hides your IP when you reply. Plus you never know how ebay is going to evolve in terms of security.
Currently I am using thunderbird set to 'text only' for reading all my gmail accounts. It works great. I have gmail rules that filter incoming mail and puts them in folders. I just click on SOLD or CUSTOMERQUESTIONS folder for each account to see what is going on.
If I need to reply, I log into the account via VPS, tether, modem depending on which account. |

| rockitaway | 08-12-2013 11:05 PM | Depending upon how many accounts you are using and whether you want to spend the money, I totally would recommend replymanager.com for $49/month. If you are using more than five eBay accounts, I view this as essential. |
| john456 | 08-13-2013 01:36 AM | Thanks rockitaway
how good is replymanager for stealth?
thx

| rockitaway | 08-14-2013 09:48 PM | I've been using it for a couple of weeks on most of my stealth accounts. Images are disabled within the messages, and I believe links are disabled as well.
I REALLY appreciate having all messages in one place, as well as the ability to automate messages into specific folders i.e. Disputes, From Ebay, Shipping Questions, Payment Messages, etc.
Managing returns are a breeze, and buyer message threads are displayed in line, so you know what your talking about if a buyer sends another reply to your response.
Also has the ability for multiple user access, so if you hire out your customer service or shipping, everyone can be on the same page. |

Is this software working now, and allowing different ips to answer messages or no? Thanks! :) |
| rockitaway | 08-16-2013 02:49 AM | I went to sign-up for listersin, however when I checked, it was down for maintenance, which makes me nervous. |

You can sign in to listersin from different ips and answer messages.
All answers are sent from listersin's single ip to eBay via API. |

Thank you very much for testing beta, and I'm sorry for the server down.
Sometimes my server goes down because of overload.
(Technically, I will replace heavy Java program with light NodeJS.) |
| thready | 11-01-2013 04:28 PM | Re: What can I use to answer messages on multiple ebay accounts? Here is what I'm able to find using gmail to reply to messages.
The Question: Is it safe to forward all emails received from all my eb accounts to one main email account and reply from it?
The Test:
The email accounts involved:
Email Sender(your customer's email): AAA111@gmail.com
Email Recipient(you the gmail recipient): BBB222@gmail.com
The main email(the one all emails are forward to): CCC333@gmail.com
I setup up mail forwarding from BBB222@gmail.com to CCC333@gmail.com.
I setup reply sender on CCC333@gmail.com so when i reply gmail will make it seem like i sent the email from BBB222@gmail.com
I sent an email from AAA111@gmail.com to BBB222@gmail.com. This email then got forwarded to CCC333@gmail.com as expected.
I then used CCC333@gmail.com to reply, but I selected BBB222@gmail.com as sender so it will seem like the email was sent from BBB222@gmail.com.
Email sent.
Even though BigG changes the email to make it seem like the email was sent from the original recipient (BBB222@gmail.com) on the front end, however thats not the case on the back end. It shows the original replier details. This can be verified by viewing the email in original format(show original). Show Original - located in the dropdown menu next to the reply button).
If you check Show Original it will show that the email was actually sent by CCC333@gmail.com and the identifying STMP ip address that is specifically designated to CCC333@gmail.com
I did not try through ebay messages, but assume its the same thing.
I'd say its risky, but if you decide to anyway, use with caution.
Good luck.
For those who are overwhelmed by the whole stealth idea, dont give up looking for answers and you'll figure it all out. "Whether you believe you can or cannot you are usually right." |
| 0bitus | 11-09-2013 02:55 AM | Re: What can I use to answer messages on multiple ebay accounts? When replying with one main gmail account through access to the others, your main accounts username will be attached to the letter. I don't know how much of an actual issue this is, but it is definitely a trace. Why not use some macro software to make account log in in seconds? |
| galigusso | 10-05-2014 08:01 PM | Re: What can I use to answer messages on multiple ebay accounts? Are you still using Replymanager dot com?
What do you think about them? how reliable? Is it worth $49/mo? Quote:
