Default Bug with Auctiva?

I am testing Auctiva.

I got a few sales on eBay but some sales are reported TWICE in the selling manager of Auctiva?

As if the buyer had made two transaction for same item but in ebay it only shows the user bought the item once.

Anybody else experienced that?

I may test InkFrog instead

thx
j.

Got this answer from Auctiva. Not a great first impression

"Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We are aware of this issue and our engineers will be addressing this issue with a future release, but at this time we have no ETA. We will update you through this case once more information is available on this issue.

In the meantime, you can review the correct details of this sale on 'Old Sales' page by entering http://www.auctiva.com/sales/orderstransactions.aspx in the address bar of your browser, but that will no longer be possible after the next release.

You can also go ahead and delete the duplicate transaction from the Sales Transactions page.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. If there is anything further I can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to ask!

Sincerely,
Auctiva Support"

"Not a great first impression" well then buddy can you do better???

Did you know for every 10,000 cars build, even a NEW BENZ out of 10,000 some won't start a very tiny % of it? It's why they use it for parts! Nothing is 100% perfect in this world!

And if you don't like it, there is inkfrog! They both are the same kind of service almost and at times it works or does not!
