Default Dymo Labelwriter 400

Hi there,

Looking for some help, ive recently bought a Dymo Labelwriter400 and was wondering how do you print postage labels off it? Atm im copy and pasting and then taking them to the post office to be paid but as sales are increasing this is becoming increasing difficult to keep up with? Im using label size 99014, when I do try and print a postage label its far to small for the label. Thanks

This is what I use, I don't know how you guys do it on eBay UK. But on eBay US or Canada, before you pay for a label, there is a link on top right below My eBay to setup your printers. Make sure to select your dymo as default.

When you buy a label, it will be generated by flash and can be printed to this dymo. If you leave the default settings to your printer, you cannot use this dymo.

I hope this helps, sorry I could not attach screenshots.

Yeah it Is set to default but the problem I am having is I'm using shipping label 99014 but finding when it prints its very small onto the label making it very difficult to see, what I need it to do it print on the full size of the label? Iv tried on the internet found a few things but none which have worked, I don't want to buy another printer :(

Did you check with them what size labels this model will do?

Not all models do the larger sizes.

This is more than likely your problem

The machine is compatible with the shipping labels I am using, I just can't make the image larger to cover the whole of the label rather than half.

Dymo is flexible and can use any label. Go to the properties of your label printer and change label size accordingly.

save all the messing about and use ebay selling manager for free, print the invoice onto the eBay A4 paper and peel the label off with buyers address on.
