Modem off 4 days...IP's last 4 numbers did change..is this good enough?
 

I recently turned off my modem for 4 days, and to my surprise it did change some. The entire IP address did not change but the last four numbers of the address did. Am I set with this and ready to go? Would you consider this to be a "NEW" IP address or do more numbers of the old address need to be changed?
For example: old....99.999.999.999
new..99.999.991.111
