Stealth account question

So i had a ebay account and it was going perfectly fine and i made tons of sales but then it got suspended and i gave it a break i now started back on ebay about 6 months ago and i was on my reg wifi ip and i made a new account ( ebay + paypal ) then i sold my first item for 435$. Once i shipped it and put in the tracking number the next day when i woke up and logged on my paypal it was limited and asked for my driver licenses and house bill ect. now ive made a stealth account correctly using the stealth paid guide once i sell a item on this account if i dont put the tracking # in on paypal and i just pm it to the person will i be able to bypass that stupid limitation ? also i didnt have a bank account linked to my paypal only a credit card

Why would you not put the tracking number in Paypal? They are the ones that NEED to know you shipped the item.

You are not using correct stealth procedures. You may have read two bits of stealth. No way have you read enough.

You have glitches that need to be sorted. BRB to discuss further
