ebay stealth questions

Ebay is asking ( in order to increase selling limits earlier) for my previous addresses to see if i was receiving mail there ( they would go through some sort of public records they said) Are they able to link legal names to stealth names when giving them my previous addresses?

Does ebay/ paypal link stealth names to legal names on EIN numbers ?What about EIN business names to Store names ?

Does ebay link to closed accounts, not suspended accounts ?

can ebay link to old deleted addresses from suspended accounts or just current addresses from suspended accounts?

You should just call, you are making it harder than it should be.

Ebay doesn't delete any information, ever......if you try to use or give them any previously used information they will link it.

Same answer as above, Ebay DOES NOT actually delete any information.....

If you can't wait to get higher limits naturally, call them.
