Dynamic IP for making eBay Stealth??

My ISP Provides me a Dynamic IP, so my internet IP "from www.whatismyip.com" changes every time i restart my router, Can i use the changed IP to make a new eBay Stealth or i will get detected and I have to use a VPN?

Yep, that's fine.

You don't need to use a VPN. It's what a lot of people use for connivence and extra security but otherwise local IP that you can change easily is fine.

Just be sure to record all the IPs you've used - especially if youre planning on running more than one account. On the off chance youll get the same IP twice you wont want to use it across multiple accounts.

Sounds like you are set, but you still need to make sure to track the IP address

This is the way I run my stealth accounts, never had a problem with that.
