Paypal address + ip Address Same country but different city is it ok ?

Does My Paypal registered address City & ip address City have to be the same aswell I no the country has to be the same but what about the City will this be a problem if it's not ?

Ideally you should be making the paypal/ebay names and addresses to match. Read Stealth Book again to confirm....

Have had no problems with 90 day plus old accounts with them being different. Sometimes you get in a pinch and need to sign onto an account on the road.

I have had a powerseller account get signed into ip addresses all over the east coast with no problem.

^^^I agree with that. I took it that the OP was meaning from the very start of the account. Thus I advised what I advised.

Don't ya love wifi access when you are travelling? I find that it is also easier to make a quick phone call to paypal & tell them that I am going away but might need to use my account from another city & get their help (then I use the chuck-bucket

)

Re #1:

When you create the account, your IP should match with the city you use for your address. After that, you can log in from other IP addresses in the same country. It is normal for people to use their accounts while mobile or from their office, for instance.

It is not normal for someone to create a new account using an IP address that is significantly different from their regular address. Example: a person from Ireland would be unlikely to create a new account using an IP address from Ukraine. That same person would normally have an IP address from Ireland when making a new account, but could be a traveller who uses their account in airplanes, hotels, restaurants, or wherever. That person might go to Ukraine from time to time, but it wouldn't likely be very often.
