Are there any programs that can change the MAC address on a 2Wire DSL modem?

A couple of members say it works great, I have had no success in getting it to work at all with my ISP

Can be not only 192.168.1.254, and you dont need http:// just put ip into browser. It can be also 192.168.0.2, 192.168.1.2; not all models have same standart ip addresses, so you have to check your manual and find what is the default ip username and password. If you havent got the manual just use google. After that go to IE put ip address log in and change mack address.
