Yes you can - I looked at this for Etsy but I went with a tablet instead - bit IP6 is fine

ipv6 only works on tablet?
I try with my PC by deactivating ipv4 in the properties of the network (because my box has ipv6 and ipv4) and its does not work ... Network error when connecting to the ebay site http://prntscr.com/rwkr16 ( I can connect to google so it's not me).

as far as i am aware, eBay is not yet supporting ipv6
