Mobile Tethering IPs

I recently made up a stealth account and linked to paypal. I am using a mobile phone to tether(via USB) and keep a log of all the IPs. By accident, I noticed the IP addresses changed a few times while I was browsing. I did not turn off the phone or leave the computer inactive etc.

My plan is to run a few stealth accounts using the same method. but if the IPs keeps changing, I am worried that I dont have all the IPs used, that there will be overlapping.

Does anyone have any idea how this is happening? Thank you.

You have dynamic IP. Those change now and then. Get a Static IP if you are worried.
