Suspended from eBay - How are they tracking me?

I've been suspended for eBay for reasons they refuse to share with me, then every single account I tried to make got suspended.

This is what I'm doing - Which of these is getting me suspended?

- Same phone number
- Same PayPal account
- Same computer, different browser every time, cookies cleaned
- Same MAC address/ Hardware ID
- Different email
- Different IP (VPN)
- Different address (Random ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one)

Also, I want to pay for IPBurger but I can't afford it alongside a different phone number and different PayPal account. Am I likely to get suspended again if I get a Dedicated IP but don't change my phone number or Paypal account?

Do I need to have a different IP, different mobile phone number, different paypal account?
This means paying a lot of money for each.

Does the stealth guide give methods using the same paypal acc and phone number, without needing to switch? If it doesn't, it's not worth buying for me as I won't be able to afford both an IP and a new phone number, so there won't be a point in buying the book if I can't follow its methods.

Nearly everything in your account creation is wrong. New everything means new EVERYTHING. Nothing can remain the same. You could read the Stealth Book to verify this and learn valuable information that will help you get up and running again,
...or keep cutting corners (like using same phone, bad IP, same PayPal, etc) and never get an account again with your methods.

Stop everything you're doing and start reading the stealth guide.

No buts, no ifs... read the stealth guide. This is the only correct way of doing things if you want to make it.

Do not create eBay account on VPN, create on Residential IP only. Otherwise you will just waste time and money

Yes you need to spend money to make each account.
New PayPal
Real phone number (GV kills every account creation)
New IP (phone tether is a good solution)
Although it's been said a million times throughout these forums, I'll repeat that if you don't follow these steps to ensure EVERYTHING is different, you will be one of the countless people posting that they can't get any account to work.
The choice is yours, it's simple, straightforward and it does take a little time and patience.

You need different phone number.

You need different ip.

You need different paypal account.

Everything else you're doing is fine, no need to change MAC.

Each Paypal account has a unique number ,this is what Ebay uses,so if you have 6 email addresses sharing the same Paypal account,Ebay will know .
