Does anyone know if eBay tracks "ship to" addresses? I have a relative who said I can use their info as they don't use eBay at all. However, this same relative had me order items on their behalf and it was shipped directly to them. Wondering if that would be an issue as far as linking.

It won't be an issue as far as linking. There are dropshippers with tons of ship to address on their accounts. Also I've been using stealth accounts for purchasing since I started.. with all of them having items shipped to the same address.
