eBay Linking

Not sure where to post this, so I will also share here:

Hi! I want to make a new eBay account. I was banned by eBay, but never banned by PayPal. Can I just make a new PayPal account without taking precautions, or does PayPal tell eBay if they believe accounts are linked?

For example, if I create my eBay account as stealth (new IP, etc.) but just make a new PayPal with same bank/card/EIN, will I get linked by eBay? Again, I am in good standing with PayPal, but eBay is the one who banned me. Thanks!

If you are creating a completely new PayPal to go along with your stealth Ebay account then you should be ok. Ebay will have no way of knowing that the PayPal account you have just stopped using and the new one are associated.

it's best to just create a new pair of accounts.
You can follow the steps here: stealth guide

and make sure you don't use Fresh IP, rather use Residential IP when you make the accounts.
