How about how many items I can list without a bank attached?

No real exact answer to that.

You don't have to add a bank account to be able to list accounts. Adding a bank account just makes the PayPal account stronger

Thanks for the solid answers, I have another question would it be fine to list a brand new video game as my first sale it's worth about $25-30. I have a few games that I got too sell some new some used. Not sure if it's risky or not?

Generally games are high risk. As are DVDs

One of my accounts sells purely in the video game/video game accessory category.

Just know what you're doing

For aged accounts with selling history its totally fine.

New accounts can come unstuck sometimes though when listing a new video game. Its just not an ideal first item in my experience

Ya I sold a lot of games in the past too with no problems. Just wasn't sure about if it's the first sale.

It's probably not the BEST thing to put as your first sale... especially if it's brand new

Agree - don't start with this game as a first sale - go for lower end items...housestuff, dollar shop stuff, etc

Alright so even a used game wouldn't be a good idea? I'll have to find something else to sell then. I think I might have a couple used books I can find in the house somewhere. It's always better to ask questions then too learn the hard way.

How do you guys do your stealth names for your own accounts in the book it says you can use a nickname and same last name. Can I do that for a couple of accounts or could they link those easily should I go with a name generator? I do not plan to register them in a business name I'm going to stay under the $20,000 a year and 175 items. Also is there any cons to using a p.o box that has a real street address and leaving out the p.o box in the address just putting the number at the end? Could I just use a small local gas station address?
