Polish SIM cards linked?

Over the past 30 days, i've created 10 eBay.pl accounts and all 10 of them got suspended, some within 30 minutes, some the next day. A few of them restricted with MC124 codes for verification, provided all info and then reinstated, listed 3 books, all used and got suspended!

The ONLY thing that links all accounts is SIM CARD registration, living in Poland i have to use my PESEL # to register them and activate, is eBay able to access a mobile phone database that provides the PESEL # or clients Passport/ID #?

The SIM CARD i use are from the 4 major carriers, it makes no difference what i use, they still get canned.

Textbooks? Same listings used?

Books were listed in automobilia memorabilia, and used, with my own pictures.

This looks like my worse fears are true, huge intl database they use specific for this reason, anyone have verifiable proof?

Today, just for laughs, i'll go an use my Canadian Passport and see if i can get a SIM card here, never used it before and see what results.

I wonder if selling in the automobile category as a first sale could be a risky first move as well though hmm

Yesterday i did just this, purchased a T-Mobile SIM card with my Canadian passport, which i have never used in Poland before. It was no issue registering the card, i created new user account on my windows 10 PC, New paypal the whole nine yards.

I listed a bread board, something i would never sell and just totally out the ordinary, in home dept, registered a store, seller account, confirmed the code to the cell phone. Item went live :-)

1 hour later, SUSPENDED!

This is &^%$(&^LFO%& crazy.

T-Mobile is your IP as well - cellphone tethering? Or just that's your phone number source.

I use a Huawei dongle, with the cellphone SIM card. My IP score was checked and it was a 1.

I tried the IP score on 3 SIM cards, all of them were a 1

I wonder if the Huawei dongle is leaking me?

Do not verify phone on your account straight away after account creation. Create ebay account, browse for a week, then verify phone number, browse a next week and then list item (no risk items).
