I used to use evidence eliminator a few years ago for wiping free space. Can't believe what they are charging for it now.

Now I just delete the windows user account once the Ebay/Paypal account associated with it dies.

5) Registry Mechanic > Finds and deletes problems in registry from partially deleted programs etc.

6) Wise Disk Cleaner 4.84 (FREE) Good program but annoying pop up asking you to upgrade.

One or a combination of these programs is ideal to clean cookies and keep all running well. Will give you the edge with surviving on ebay /paypal
