I've been reading on here for a few hours but haven't scene anyone mention these websites:

Anonymouse.org

and

the-cloak anonymous web surfing (anonymous proxy)

I'm sure it can't be that easy, but just in case I wanted to bring it up!

they at least work on ipburger but I don't know if that's a strong enough indicator of the IP being thoroughly hidden....

Also, I have access to a college campus computer lab with 20+ computers. I haven't checked, but I'm pretty sure they would each register has having different IP's on ipburger. Would these be safe to use? I feel like even though they have different IP's they probably have some other indicator of a common source being that they are all in the same Lab...??

Same question for public libraries.

Proxy websites don't work, trust me.

As for your computer lap, they're most likely on the same network with one IP address.

I recommend you read eBay Stealth, it will help answer a lot of your questions.
