they at least work on ipburger but I don't know if that's a strong enough indicator of the IP being thoroughly hidden....
Also, I have access to a college campus computer lab with 20+ computers. I haven't checked, but I'm pretty sure they would each register has having different IP's on ipburger. Would these be safe to use? I feel like even though they have different IP's they probably have some other indicator of a common source being that they are all in the same Lab...??
Same question for public libraries.
