Question about linking Ebay with new paypal email

I had an ebay account that was suspened back in 08 (code MC005) for selling ebooks. My paypal was and still is fine to this date. I bought a pre 11/07 account a few months after the incident and I have been sending invoices manually using paypal with no problems. A few months ago my paypal was limited because I had not paid my fees on the account that was shut down in 08. I paid them off asap, and my paypal has been reinstated and fine ever since.

Now in the payment options field where you list your item on ebay it asks for a paypal email address and i was wondering could I use my new ebay email address without having it listed as an confirmed email under my old paypal since it didnt get knocked down?

I noticed that sometimes buyers send a payment to the ebay email address (which is different then my old ebay account address) and since I dont have that email address added to my paypal i get an email saying that I have money waiting for me so what I do is add the email to the list of paypal email addresses and I get to collect the money.

All help would be appreciated.
