Internet Service Provider Email addresses

will using email address given with my internet ip address get me linked. example: comcast gives me 8 free emails with service ..can eBay link me someway using these?

I use dialup and never answer any questions or open ebay or pp emails.

I always sign in to answer any questions and never ever click on any links from ebay, paypal or customers.

As long as you keep track of your IP addresses you should be fine.
