Are these addresses too similar to use for stealth?

I live in a condo and anytime some mail comes that has the wrong address on it or isn't complete the mailman or whoever gets it just leaves it near the mailboxes... So it got me thinking if I were to use "200-9988 100th street" for a set of pp/ebay accounts and "9988 100th street" for another set of pp/ebay accounts would this be safe?

that would be fine, an address that is slightly wrong that you knew would be left out for whoever, is an option
