Question about linking 2 differnt PP and Ebay Accounts differnt names??

I know this ? has been asked but I just wanted to get some clarification.

Lets say I bought a friends Ebay account in order for it to function properly to I have to have a PP account in the same name? I have a real EB account with a limited PP account could a stealth PP be made to work with the real EB account. in other words can you go 50/50 real stealth?

In other words if a friend was willing to sell me his EB and PP account can I switch both of the names on them? What information can and cannot be switched?

If I bought a EB account with no PP account can you link and use a stealth PP account with it?

How would you use a EB account you bought or got without PP, I assume with merchant account or paymate type company.

I think you see what I am asking and where I am going, if you want pm instead of posting I hope this dosent sound too retarded.....just talking about PP makes my blood boil!!
