Question regarding Paypal Linking Suspended Accounts by Routing Number

My previous ebay account was suspended and the paypal account for that ebay was limited.

I have a new eBay and Paypal under a different name than the suspended ebay account and limited paypal account. For the new Paypal account I have another checking account with the same bank as the limited account. The checking account numbers are different, but the routing numbers of course are the same. This bank is also some 30 miles away from the address on the ebay and paypal account.

Will I be ok or do I run the chance of getting linked again? I think it might be ok, but I would prefer to have absolutely nothing linking to the previous ebay/paypal accounts, other than selling the same items again.

And I have gone through the other process of changing my IP, clearing cookies, etc etc.

Same routing numbers are fine - Provided you have followed all the other areas mentioned in the Stealth ebook.
