Can eBay link 2 eBay accounts by cookies alone?

I set up a new account with a new IP address using firefox. 2nd day when I log back in, I used the new IP address but opend IE and forgot to clean the cookies before I logged into my new ebay account. I used the same computer and IE and a different IP for my another ebay account. will ebay link the two accounts by cookies only even though different IP's?

I suggest using the search button and doing a little research. This is a really basic question that I'm sure you'll find the answer fairly quickly if you put in a little work. Posting the same question multiple times on the board doesn't help much.

I sounds like you haven't read the Stealth Book. You really need to read it to learn what mistakes you are making. We are only here to assist with specific problems that the book can't solve.
