Hi Guys , Ebay have banned me , i've tried to use a proxy, delete cookies and change my ip ... but nothing to do.
someone can help me?

Did you even bother to spend an hour on the forum? No. Or you would have known at the very least the basics.

Not trying to be an ass, but you cant blow in and ask for the absolute basics without taking at least a minimal effort. And judging by your questions, you havent...

Proxy was your first mistake. You really DO need the stealth book. There is far too much information in it to go over on a forum post.
