Hi Guys , Ebay have banned me , i've tried to use a proxy, delete cookies and change my ip ... but nothing to do.

Did you even bother to spend an hour on the forum? No. Or you would have known at the very least the basics.

Proxy was your first mistake. You really DO need the Stealth Book. There is far too much information in it to go over on a forum post.
