How trackable is Skype?

Anyone have any idea just how much of Skype use is trackable by Ebay or Paypal? Like the IP that you're calling from (since they DO own Skype... do you think there is a way that they can (or would bother) to match computer/IP/whatever with the call, and time, location, etc...? Or some type of Caller ID that tracks by IP instead when you dont pay the subscription to have a Skype-out number...?

Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks!

I would NOT use Skype for a Phone Number for Ebay or PayPal Especially if the 2 Accounts have different Information,,,
