While I admire Google's achievement---I think they are becoming toooo powerful...not to mention I feel that skype is in or will be in trouble?!  Google | Yes, I was using the google phone service and I must say, it's an AWESOME feature! I regularly check my emails often and find it very simple to multitask..heh. I don't have to open a seprate application to load my voip software.
Now, my only concern is..how much information are we going to give google...It looks like there going to rule the internet world... 
You can call North America for free (USA and Canada) but that's only a promotional offer to kick start there voip service.
