Can I use skype to call paypal?

I have an us paypal account limited for two months. Uploaded all files but no response. It looks like I have to call paypal now. I am now in Hong kong. Since I have a skype account, can I use it to call paypal. I can call from the same IP.

Please advise.

btw, did you remember my limited paypal account that you helped me on the invoice part? they closed it with all the info submitted.

So, you called through skype to find what is going on, and then the pp accoung got closed?

yes. but there is nothing to do with skype. you # wont be showing there, it is just a random #. they wont know where you are calling from. my problem is because the supplier info is from china which is high risk to them

Did they give you this reason on the phone? Or just you got a goodbye email later?

When you called in, what did the paypal staff say to you? Did he say that he would triger a review on your account?

What makes you think it is because of the invoice from China?

I think you should read this post as calling PayPal using skype it's not safe there's a test on here.
