Can I use skype to call paypal?

I have an us paypal account limited for two months. Uploaded all files but no response. It looks like I have to call paypal now. I am now in Hong kong. Since I have a skype account, can I use it to call paypal. I can call from the same IP.

Please advise.

Anyone has any idea? I would appreciate it very much. I thought this was an easy one.

skype is obviously dodgy to use as its owned by ebay and you can call paypal from any phone in the world and just withhold the number so its a bit of a stupid question really, probably why nobody answered you.

Have you tried uploading again?

Actually, now that I think about it.... did you upload the files from your Hong Kong ip address or the US ip address? (which I seriously hope you have...)

I always call paypal after I upload all the files.
