Can't provide a SS# to paypal. NOW WHAT?

After over 2 months on my Stealth account, cautious withdrawls, selling legit items and a perfect record on Ebay (80 plus feedback) paypal limited me with requests for ID verification that were enormous. All went well, including numerous phone calls until the asked for a SS number. I sent them photo ID and everything else they asked for. NO LUCK. They have close to $5,000 of my money (as I was being cautious in removal) and I have NO IDEA of what to do to get it as I need it desperately. Anyone ever get the money prior to what I feel is going to be a 180 "hold"? Any way around this?

Any help is appreciated as I'm sitting here dumbfounded as to my next move.

I just had my 2 month + account limited because of not being able to provide a SS number for my Stealth Account. Is it possible to get a friend to provide their SS number to use and let paypal know that I have VERY GOOD reasons for not providiing my own number? Can this be done? I have a great ebay account going with no problems but need to be able to get paid. I have a STEALTH account and some questions on the Merchant account boards, but in lieu of that, is there any way to let Paypal get another email to link to with real SS info?

Anyone ever do this?
