I exif them then I often watermark them too

Photobucket never changes the numbers- My experience is the numbers remain the same. So if i finished on my first ebay account at #25 then when I go to my second ebay account then it will automatically be #26. Though that doesn't mean they are recording the numbers. I am done with EBAy anyhow, refunded a few customers for the heck of it. Ebay is keeping the money anyhow, might as well give it back to those who were nice enough to give it to me the first time

They can track you by picture name. For instance if you have a custom named picture like jsajskaj121.gif and you upload it the real filename is alos stored. Guess, not many users will have jsajskaj121.gif as their listing picture.
