SAFARI or FIREFOX? SAFEST?

safari or firefox? which one is the safest for stealth and no spyware for pc & mac?

Firefox hands down.

There is a good number of 3rd party software plug-ins designed to clear your tracks (flash cookies etc.) that work with FIREFOX.

Firefox is faster, updated more often, universally compatible, cleaner IMO, and uses less system resources than Safari.

As much as I enjoy my Macbook, Safari is just not a great browser. It's getting better, but I would go with Firefox until the time comes that it's equal or better.

google chrome is NOT ok ?
also if you follow the steps in Stealth to create separate "user account" on your pc -- then why does it matter since cookies should be kept separate for each stealth acct ?

@hapajenn1, very old thread - the purpose of discussion was just browser security at that time.

Specific user accounts is the way to go - Chrome is not the best of choice though...search the forum "Chrome" - Firefox seems to be the best of options (though I have used Chrome and (still use) IE).
