i have heard aol runs through a proxy with its broadband service, is this true, if so wouldnt this cause you to always be "stealth" so to speak as it will show a remote ip addy not the true one ??? someone help !

heres something to becareful for when using aol. When you use the browser on aol, it shares the same settings as the browser on your computer, internet explorer, not sure what happens if you dont have it installed. But if you have internet explorer installed, make sure you clear your cookies before using the aol browser. Because whatever sites you visited, the aol browser will use the same cookies.
