Generally what I have found in creating many anonymous accounts is ebay
will probably pass the proxy if you supply a credit card. (Same one used for
Seller Account does work fine)

However, Pay Pal will limit you in a heartbeat no questions asked whenever
you even log into even a established account with a proxy or proxy blocking
device.

Be carefull with using VPN software, my paypal acc got hacked 3 months ago, and i do belive that the free VPN software recorded my username and which i used on a public WiFi. I thought that i would be secured by the VPN by i Didnt. Maybe it was a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ VPN which acts like proxy and does not encrypt the data packets.
Now i use my windows with a VPN found at hotfixes.edibra.com/?tag=vpn-free-account and it works gr8 so far. If you have more VPN servers which doesn not require the use of a software, please post here

Site mentioned was not even a Level 1 vpn. Soz, not acceptable for our needs.
