Paypal limited my account why!

PAYPAL HAS JUST LIMITED MY ACCOUNT WIHT OVER 500 DOLLARS IN EACH ACCOUNT. hERES THE PAYPAL MESSAGE I RECEIVED WHEN I LOGGED IN.

Follow the steps they gave you at the resolution center?

There are absolutly no steps to follow in resolution center. All my clients are happy with there products everything has tracking. whenever i go to the resolution center it says.

Your account is still limited. Why?

when i click the why button I get sent to a page that says.

When there are no options and they inform you that your account is permanently limited, unfortunately there are nothing you can do about it.
