How to register account in other countries?

Do I need to buy dedicated VPN or VPS first? or I only need it to create account. After that I can use other ip address and use different ip address each time I log in.
VPN is quite expensive. Will it work?
If yes,which one is better? Is there any recommendation? I just heard about strongVPN

Welcome to the forum. VPS is better since VPNs might have been used/banned already (from what I understand). Wait for other folx to confirm.

As rsot said, vps is better. but you have to research for good reliable providers. It will work for a while but won't last for long, from my experience
