I just register a new ebay account..but

Hi all

i just register a ebay account..but i have some question i have to ask

1. im success to register a ebay account,but the system haven't ask me about my credit card information..am i need to give them the credit card information ?

2. i also register a new paypal account too,but i tired to type a new bank account to it ..still not verified..i dunno how to do .

You enter the credit card information when you're getting ready to set up listings, and idk how Canada works, but usually you have to wait until pp deposits the money into your account, then type the 2 small deposits onto your pp account to become verified.
